摘要: Summary Background: As many medical schools focus on student-centred learning strategies, e-learning provides a useful approach to foster clinical decision-making skills in case-based way. We developed an module based real patient cases for final-year students as self-directed studying tool. Methods: Ten were from patients treated the emergency room. Original documents integrated into virtual system CASUS®. In total, 522 three different terms of their final year invited use module. Students filled out self-assessment questionnaire regarding before and after module, also asked fill evaluation form. Results: Only 30 per cent participated even fewer questionnaires. Nevertheless, participating liked online valued relevance diseases. An increase rating was only seen first term year. Additionally, those showed significantly lower scores pre-module compared with two year. Discussion: Even though overall participation small, satisfied motivated work cases. A better integration curriculum stronger association exam might provide opportunity respect acquisition skills.
