摘要: A wide range of e-learning modalities are widely integrated in medical education. However, some the key questions related to role remain unanswered, such as (1) what is an effective approach integrating technology into pre-clinical vs. clinical training?; (2) evidence exists regarding type and format suitable for specialties settings?; (3) which design features known be designing on-line patient simulation cases, tutorials, or exams?; (4) guidelines exist determining appropriate blend instructional strategies, including learning, face-to-face instruction, performance-based skill practices? Based on existing literature a variety examples synchronous learning tools technology, this paper addresses following three questions: current trend education?; do we know about use e-learning?; facilitating newly emerging competency-based training? As continues training future physicians, it critical that our efforts conducting evaluative studies should target specific can best mediate intended goals objectives. Without evolving knowledge base how applications, gap between deploy settings will continue widen.
