摘要: The expression of HNF-4 (hepatocyte nuclear factor 4) mRNA in postimplantation mouse embryos was analyzed by situ hybridization. Expression found the primary endoderm at embryonic day 4.5 and restricted to columnar visceral cells yolk sac from 5.5 8.5. first detected tissues 8.5, liver diverticulum hindgut. At later times transcripts were observed mesonephric tubules, pancreas, stomach, intestine and, still later, metanephric tubules developing kidney. This pattern suggests that has a role earliest stages murine development as well organogenesis.
