摘要: Due to increasing energy costs and the demand lower CO2 emissions in production, companies try integrate a continuous efficiency improvement process. By implementing value stream analysis, an optimized process can be established which leads more efficient production. This approach shows practically method. It enables holistic analysis of productivity helps identify realize sustainable solutions. Furthermore this structured higher transparency consumers.
