摘要: Forty-two nondieting adult males were given 8 or 16 oz of lemonade, sweetened to equal intensity with either aspartame sucrose, the same volumes water, no drink. Subjects separated into three groups receiving drinks at different times: a self-selection lunch, 30, 60 min before lunch. Food intakes did not differ when subjects received lunch; however, calories from included, intake was significantly greater sucrose-sweetened lemonades than in other conditions. When 30 food different. Appetite ratings among consumed meal, 8-oz lemonade differed that it reduce thirst. The results indicate males, concentrations similar those commercially available increase hunger intake. However, caloric taken lunch increased total energy meal. Also, may decrease thirst less water aspartame-sweetened
