摘要: Abstract The influence of the ingestion particular beverages and foods on overall nutrient intakes meal patterns humans was investigated by paying 323 adults to maintain 7-day diaries everything they ingested, time ingestion, subjective social conditions. Ingestion noncaloric beverages, diet sodas, coffee or tea, were associated with low but not found amount eaten over course day in individual meals. Fifteen different calorie containing drink food types found, general, add total calories ingested meals without displacing other forms. results indicate that are independent constituents intake within entire is elastic readily influenced nonregulatory factors.
