摘要: Diagnosis of abdominal splenosis is often undiagnosed until treatment for splenic rupture or splenectomy. This report describes a patient with mimicking hepatic tumor. The had history trauma splenectomy and chronic hepatitis C. After routine ultrasound revealed liver nodule, further imaging studies, including magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography angiography, were performed. the eventually underwent surgery, pathology tissue. Despite its distinguishable clinical features, difficult to identify by modern modalities. Therefore, accurate timely diagnosis this disease requires constant vigilance.
