摘要: Hepatic splenosis, one type of manifestation ectopic spleen tissue, is rarely reported. It cannot be distinguished from hepatic malignancies because lack significant radiological features. By means this case report and 31 literature reviews, potential treatment modalities concerning clinical diagnostics, patient's management could discussed. The presents the a 33-year-old man with liver lesion. Finally, after mini-incision laparotomy, lesion was resected diagnosis confirmed it as splenosis. A search for reports published between January 1, 1900, August 2014, performed on PubMed. Approximately 80% (27/34) patients diagnosed splenosis had history splenectomy. The mean time interval splenectomy detection 25 (1.5–47) years. median size reported 30 mm in diameter. Technetium-99m-labeled heat denatured red-blood-cells scintigraphy or superparamagnetic iron oxide-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging now considered to optimal method diagnosing splenosis. Hepatic requires no most cases. Operation should if accompanied by hypersplenism hematological diseases. When remains unclear, further biopsy laparoscopy recommended. If confirmed, careful follow-up beneficial.
