摘要: Fiber optics for carbon dioxide laser surgery have been in developmental research the past ten years. An up-to-date presentation of infrared fiber as they pertain to is presented. Optical properties such intrinsic and extrinsic electronic absorption, multiphonon scatter mechanisms are discussed.
