摘要: This paper classifies the existing research methods that are used to study mobile services and applications wishing put things into an order. The examines these proposes a combined methodological technique. technique has been as tool in which explored data adoption of different features by users usage process. Mobile networked technologies have become inextricable part people’s daily lives since they accessible anytime anywhere throughout day. Conventional use devices unable collect useful fieldwork versatile situations thus challenges still exist. Researchers responded developing enable new ways collecting concerning technology use. method presented here is based on conventional methods, phone camera for capturing video photographs during commercial application establish communication contact between researchers. suggests simple systems can be researchers conduct field studies.
