摘要: MiR-106b~25 has been researched in several cancers. The aim of this study was to test miR-106b~25 expressions 40 operative specimens and 20 pre-operative plasma samples GC patients explore the correlations between these miRNAs some related clinical pathological factors. Compared with corresponding adjacent non-tumorous tissues, expression cluster increased significantly gastric cancer tissues from samples, a median relative 2.41(miR-106b), 2.83(miR-93) 2.71(miR-25). miRNA-106b~25 tumor correlated size, borrmann type, depth invasion (T), lymph node metastases (N), distant metastasis (M) TNM stage (P<0.05). expressive level also statistically significant higher than healthy volunteers plasma, 2.51(miR-106b), 2.32(miR-93) 2.10(miR-25). type (P<0.05) patients. What's more, three components expressed consistently at high both plasma. Considering relationship factors (TNM stage), it implied that could be next potential biomarker for diagnosis predictive prognosis
