摘要: Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common cancers in world and a significant threat to health patients, especially those from China Japan. The prognosis for patients with late stage GC receiving standard care treatment, including surgery, chemotherapy radiotherapy, remains poor. Developing novel treatment strategies, identifying new molecules targeted therapy, devising screening techniques detect this its early stages are needed patients. discovery non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), primarily microRNAs (miRNAs) long (lncRNAs), helped elucidate mechanisms tumorigenesis, diagnosis GC. Recently, research has been conducted on how regulatory dysfunction these impacts tumorigenesis In study, we review papers published last five years concerning dysregulation RNAs, miRNAs lncRNAs, We summarize instances aberrant expression ncRNAs their effect survival-related events, cell cycle regulation, AKT signaling, apoptosis drug resistance. Additionally, evaluate ncRNA affects metastatic process, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, stem cells, transcription factor activity, oncogene tumor suppressor expression. Lastly, determine affect angiogenesis microenvironment further discuss use as potential biomarkers clinical screening, At present, no ideal have identified targets
