摘要: Food choices that older adults make based on the 2015–2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGA) vary greatly by gender, education level, and race to some degree. Achieving healthy aging often means they must change their ideas about food selection. Encouraging increased intake of milk products seafood is research supports multiple benefits from nutrients and, especially in case dairy, bioactive content these products. Research supporting a high-protein includes preserving function avoiding frailty other diseases emphasizes need reconsider Recommended Allowance protein. While cardiovascular diabetes risk may be slightly individuals, eggs are wise choice because high quality protein bioavailability lutein zeaxanthin. A Mediterranean diet would good choice. Healthy eating one step toward helping have last years more life than disease.
