摘要: Abstract Compania Minera Dona Ines de Collahuasi SCM initiated the development of a new geometallurgical model to characterize its Rosario deposit in terms comminution circuit capacity and flotation performance. The component is now complete described detail this article. uses combination simulation power-based approaches relate ore hardness feed size grinding throughput. Ore values are provided by Collahuasi’s block which has been populated with characterisation data derived from Bond ball work index tests, JK drop-weight tests SMC Tests ® on diamond drill cores. influences planned unplanned maintenance downtime taken into account both frequency duration. accuracy demonstrated using weekly production period January–December 2008, showing an average relative error 5.2% R 2 value 0.95. successful routine use at mine for planning purposes currently process being further developed incorporate response circuit.
