摘要: BACKGROUND/AIMS The present study investigates whether early continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH) is effective for decreasing intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) and serum TNF-α in abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS) patients of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP), to the correlation between IAP level. METHODOLOGY Twenty-five ACS SAP were treated ICU underwent CVVH. blood level measured daily investigate their time-course changes two parameters. RESULTS on admission was high (22.9±2.1 mmHg). significantly lower (17.2±2.2 mmHg; p <0.01) 24 h after initiation CVVH, thereafter decreased rapidly. Mean (59.9±18.2 ng/L) admission. However, it (41.1±12.8 ng/L; subsequently decreased. There a significant positive (r = 0.53, <0.01). CONCLUSIONS CVVH SAP. correlated with IAP, suggesting that may play an important role pathogenesis ACS. Early can improve vascular permeability through elimination cytokines such as TNF-α, thereby decrease interstitial edema should be applied stages
