摘要: Transgenic Technology (TT), is an important tool in the molecular biology arena. It allows one to generate new strains of mice which a genetic construct expressed. The can be made with promoter that for targeted expression gene interest given part cardiovascular system. By so doing, it possible modify physiologic function and better understand structural functional relationships. This so-called “reverse physiology” becoming extensively utilized cardiac research. Another possibility use this technology analyze responsible transcriptional regulation. In case, coding sequence not normally expressed tissue called reporter. Mice are generally used such purpose because their cost. Consequently physiology mouse has been developed using microtechnologies.
