摘要: Somitogenesis is a term that encompasses somite formation, patterning and differentiation it process fundamental to the formation of axial skeleton in vertebrates. Notch signalling mechanism used specify cell fate many different contexts, with occurring between cells contact. somites importantly ligand Notch, mutated abnormal vertebral segmentation syndrome spondylocostal dysostosis. Here we discuss what known about expression function this ligand, Delta-like-3, during somitogenesis column mouse humans.
