摘要: A wideband (6-20 GHz) Silicon-Germanium (SiGe) adaptive image-reject mixer with an intermediate frequency (IF) of 1.8 GHz is presented. The can be “self-healed” to deliver consistent performance by nullifying the effects process variations, environmental changes, or aging. Various metrics also adapted different specifications across multiple bands. conversion gain greater than 15 dB, image rejection ratio (IRR) exceeding 35 and output 1-dB compression point 10 dBm, were obtained in measurement. An automated self-healing procedure developed shown effective for improving measured mixer. was fabricated a 150 peak fT, 200 nm SiGe BiCMOS technology consumes 215 mA current operating off 4 V rail.
