摘要: We present a bioclimatological diagnosis of mainland Portugal, namely the thermotype and ombrotype maps following Rivas-Martinez's worldwide bioclimatic classification system. In order to obtain this diagnosis, we produced indices using, as base data, geostatistical interpolations air temperature precipitation. performed uncertainty propagation obtaining measures for maps: mean absolute errors root squared errors. For non-linear indices, besides usual approximation using Taylor expansion, devised error formulae, which showed that propagated uncertainties are upper bounds on true measures. compared obtained those reported previously published work, used different methodological framework same diagnosis. Although approach here implies great number subsequent calculation steps, it permitted use large amount data relative An F-test estimated ombrothermic were significantly lower than by former framework.
