摘要: Though it is still early days, the average cost of CO2 reduction coming in at AUD 300 per tonne – nearly an order magnitude higher than cheapest carbon options available within electricity sector. At least during program's first six months, reductions have so far proven more expensive was anticipated policy formation stage before 2012.
