Examining the Relationship between Team Cohesion, Comparative Anxiety and Self-Confidence among Ethiopian Basketball Teams

摘要: One of the most constantly studied constructs in group dynamic research is cohesiveness. Indeed it refers to two main construct namely task and social cohesion. Since organizations become increasingly depend on cohesiveness strive for better performance, these (social cohesion) had consistency effect performance as suggested many studies. The purpose this study was investigate relationships between cohesion (ATG-T GI-T), Self-Confidence Inventory (SCI), competitive state anxiety (A-State), also if there would be a relation self-confidence. sample consisted 60 basketball players both genders, male female from 4 different clubs, aged 19-26 years old.  data were abstained measured using Portuguese version Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ), assess anxiety, we used Competitive State Anxiety (SCAT). results show that athletes report experiencing more cognitive less self-confidence than athletes.
