摘要: Oligonucleotides carrying a variety of chemical modifications including conjugates are finding increasing applications in therapeutics, diagnostics, functional genomics, proteomics, and as research tools molecular biology. The successful synthesis oligonucleotides primarily depends on the use appropriately protected nucleoside building blocks exocyclic amino groups nucleobases, hydroxyl at 2'-, 3'-, 5'-positions sugar moieties, internucleotide phospho-linkage. This unit is thoroughly revised update previously published version describes recent development various protecting that facilitate reliable oligonucleotide synthesis. In addition, for imide/lactam function thymine/uracil guanine, respectively, described to prevent irreversible nucleobase may occur presence reagents used © 2017 by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
