摘要: The hemoglobin pattern of embryonic and adult mice (strains C3H C57 the F1 hybrids) was determined (both in vivo after vitro cultivation hematopoietic organs) by a modified method acrylamide gel electrophoresis. In embryos all studied, same four bands were observed until day 13 gestation, when hemoglobins began to appear. alteration completed 17. All animals had two common; strain hybrids, (C3H × C57) (C57 C3H) F1, shared one additional band not found C57. The description cell type which may be an early precursor cells given. Only appeared electrophoresis yolk sac (cultured vitro), only liver (in or cultured vitro). It suggested that environment at site hematopoiesis determines produced.
