摘要: The v-erb B oncogene, as well other oncogenes of the src-gene family transform immature erythroid cells from chick bone marrow in vivo and vitro. erb B-transformed differ normal late precursors (CFU-E) that they have acquired capacity to undergo self-renewal differentiate terminally. They also do not require differentiation hormone, erythropoietin, for either process. Cooperation with a second A, results arrest transformed cells, which now only use pathway. Studies conditional non-conditional mutants both A will be presented elucidate further how transforming proteins encoded by these oncogenes, gp74erb gp75gag-erb affect programme infected precursor outcome hormone-independent leukaemic arrested at an early stage differentiation.
