First record of Prorocentrum lima (Dinophyceae) inside harbor areas and along the Abruzzo region coast, W Adriatic

摘要: Abstract Prorocentrum lima (Ehrenberg) Dodge has been found for the first time during summer of 2007 inside Ortona harbor and along coast Abruzzo region, a slightly eutrophic area influenced by runoff from nearby river. The investigations were conducted in two harbors at six coastal sampling stations. Samplings using phytoplankton net with pump. Average P. cellular concentrations 3.2 × 10 4  cells L −1 .
