摘要: Cockroaches are worldwide indoor pests carrying microorganisms of medical importance. German cockroaches (Blattella germanica) were sampled in five habitats (hospital, restaurant, office home, and market) Beijing, the bacteria isolated from their external surface alimentary tract identified using a Biolog identification system. Cockroach densities significantly differed among (market > home restaurant hospital). However, no significant differences bacterial abundance carried by individual (of either sex) found habitats. The gut was higher than that on surface. There species richness observed habitats, sex, position or interaction. Cluster analysis showed cockroach market other four diversity not reduced sensitive facilities such as hospital even though pesticide bactericide more frequently applied there. implications these findings discussed this article.
