摘要: Abstract In Cu/Li alloys of low lithium content, the component segregates to surface, forming a protective overlayer. When applied as wall material in tokamak, sputtering high-Z copper can be reduced by considerable amount. To learn about behavior binary system under particle bombardment, detailed investigations have been carried out during last few years. The experiments show that temperatures above 400 ° C are necessary achieve distinct coating effect. layer cannot maintained permanently low-energy light-ion irradiation and needs periodic conditioning procedure. However, numerical extrapolation measured lifetimes flux densities relevant fusion reactors shows it is worthwhile consider test tokamak.
