摘要: Spring forms of oilseed rape are perceived as having low frost resistance. This is consistent with some field observations and laboratory studies in which spring winter showed different extents metabolic changes during cold acclimation. somewhat surprising, since rapeseed cultivars classified or types based on their requirements for vernalization to flower, not levels discrepancy may be due the limited abilities spring-type rape, commonly used growth conditions, cease and, simultaneously, maintain a high photosynthetic activity acclimation, considered necessary proper hardening. study was conducted determine if could acclimate level observed winter-type plants after modification characteristics induced by prehardening. After prehardening resistance comparable response even stronger than that plants. It caused exceptionally acclimation non-prehardened forms. No differences were noted between resistances callus tissue derived from cultivars.
