摘要: We present a new method to utilize photo-thermal effect at nano-volume dimension, measure viscosity, which could be useful eventually correlate in-vivo conditions. our measurements using high repetition rate low average power femtosecond laser induced conditions under the is highly influence by convective mode of heat transfer. This especially important in absorbing liquids. unlike typical not involving such ultrashort pulses. Typical thermal processes involve only conductive transfer and are phenomenological nature. Inclusion results some additional molecular characteristics process. traditional lens studies with pulse train through geometric beam divergence collimated co-propagating focused heating beam. The refractive index gradient sample due creates lens, measured. On other hand, same from focusing generates change local viscosity medium, changes trapped stiffness an optically microsphere its vicinity. use pulses wavelength 1560 nm 780 for these experiments. From bulk studies, we show that water as provides us advantage even excitation.
