摘要: Six patients with hepatic cysts were successfully treated percutaneous aspiration and temporary direct injection of sterile alcohol U.S.P. (95% ethanol) into the cyst cavities through an catheter. Five percutaneously using sonographic guidance, one was under vision during a cholecystectomy. It is ideal to treat 25% replacement volume alcohol. The larger may require more than treatment at same sitting be effective. There no recurrence on follow-up examinations 6-18 months. Minor complications transient pain, temperature elevation, hemorrhage occurred. No major encountered. results this series would indicate that choice for symptomatic congenital cysts.
