Pb1−xFexS nanoparticle films grown from acidic chemical bath

摘要: Abstract Pb1−xFexS (x=0.25, 0.50, 0.75) films were grown from an acidic chemical bath. Nanoparticle structurally characterized by XRD and TEM. Optical band gap of is observed to vary 1.65 1.42 eV with increase in their iron concentration x=0.25 0.75 the films. Increased optical ternary compared estimated bulk value attributed quantum confinement nanocrystals deposited on solid substrates.
