摘要: Manganese sulfide thin films were chemically deposited from an aqueous solution containing manganese sulfate, sodium thiosulfate and tartrate. The influence of deposition time (2, 3, 6 8 days) on the properties was investigated. structure surface morphology studied by X-ray diffraction atomic force microscopy, respectively. In addition, in order to investigate optical films, UV-visible spectrophotometry used. XRD results indicated that MnS2 exhibited a polycrystalline cubic structure. number peaks patterns initially increased three six then decreased five peaks, as 2 days. From AFM measurements, film thickness roughness found be dependent time.
