摘要: As the global marketplace continues to expand, firm's location strategy should shift from domestic international. An international problem is different traditional in that former influenced by a greater variety of uncontrollable, unpredictable, and dynamic factors than latter. These may include political conditions, expropriation risks, trade regulations, currency exchange rates, cultural differences, distribution channel structures.
