摘要: A cDNA clone of porcine alpha 1 acid glycoprotein (alpha 1AGP) has been isolated and sequenced. Sequence homologies between porcine, human, rat indicate that 1AGP is similar in structure to the human proteins. RNA blots from days 40, 60, 80, 110 fetal, newborn, adult livers showed mRNA relatively abundant throughout fetal development, particularly at later stages newborn; there a rapid decline abundance following birth. From birth 3 age, three- four-fold abundance, approximately 100 times less liver than perinatal pigs. Southern probably single-copy gene. The isolation cloned for provides tool investigate molecular mechanisms involved developmental regulation gene correlate changes expression during development with growth well being.
