摘要: All the patients had normal cone system visual fieldthresholds and cone-mediated M-ERG implicit timeswithin central 5°. Both responses wereabnormal at some peripheral retinal locations. There weresignificant correlations among amplitude, timing, and field loss. areaswhere rod-mediated amplitudes were not measur-able. In areas where they measurable, these rod-mediatedM-ERG often within limits for ampli-tude timing. contrast to data, therewere no significant relationships between M-ERGmeasures rod threshold elevations. The androd psychophysical thresholds showed regional corre-spondence; amplitude-scale time-scale measures of theM-ERG did not.
