摘要: Dark-adapted static perimetric fields and rod full-field electroretinograms (ERGs) were measured in normal subjects 15 patients with retinitis pigmentosa. Psychophysical thresholds for short-wavelength stimuli obtained from 76 locations across the retina on a modified Octopus 201 perimeter; threshold differences to short- long-wavelength used determine whether rods mediating at each retinal location. Full-field ERG peak-to-peak amplitude as function of illuminance was analyzed by determining parameters best-fit Naka-Rushton equation. Rod mean significantly correlated slope approximately 1.0. Log k positively elevation region peak field sensitivity log Vmax visual area. These results demonstrate correspondence between derived analysis ERG.
