摘要: Introduction The psychopharmacologic effects of chlorpromazine and reserpine have been frequently described. In addition, reversible Parkinsonian syndromes, particularly the development alternating, rest-type tremors reported as side-effects in humans (Kinross-Wright1; Dundee2; Richman Tyhurst3; Ayd4; Bader5; May Voegele6), monkeys (Windle et al.7), cats (Kaelber Joynt8). Tremorine (1,4-dipyrrolidino-2-butyne), an experimental drug, synthetized by Abbott Laboratories, has shown to produce major components syndrome a number laboratory animals (Everett, Blockus, Shepperd9). Whereas will rest type about 40% cats, our experience 100% effect. Although aforementioned drugs marked diffuse parasympathetic responses animals, it is be noted that result reduction spontaneous motor activity, whereas produces increase.
