The first records of Nilgiri Marten Martes gwatkinsii from Parambikulam Tiger Reserve, southern Western Ghats, India

摘要: Nilgiri Marten Martes gwatkinsii is a globally threatened mustelid endemic to the Western Ghats, southern India. It was cameratrapped once and sighted thrice in Parambikulam Tiger Reserve, Kerala, Anamalai Hill sub-region of 2011–2012. These are first records for this area, which lies within known geographic range.
