摘要: Angiogenesis/vasculogenesis and neurogenesis are essential for pulp regeneration. Two subfractions of side-population (SP) cells, CD31(-)/CD146(-) SP cells CD105(+) with angiogenic neurogenic potential, were isolated by flow cytometry from canine dental pulp. In an experimental model mouse hindlimb ischemia, transplantation these cell populations resulted in increase blood flow, including high-density capillary formation. a rat cerebral stem transplantations enhanced neuronal regeneration recovery motor disability. Autologous the into vivo amputated complete tissue vascular processes within 14 days. The transplanted expressed pro-angiogenic factors, implying trophic action on endothelial cells. or stromal-cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1) root canals after whole removal mature teeth replete nerves vasculature day 14, followed dentin formation along dentinal wall 35. Therefore, potential utility fractionated angiogenesis was demonstrated treatment limb ischemia following pulpotomy pulpectomy.
