摘要: This paper presents the basis for a novel pressure sensor application based on ferromagnetic shape memory alloy (FSMA) NiMnGa. Usually, underlying mechanism sensing applications using FSMAs is martensitic reorientation accompanied by change of magnetization. The magnetization upon mechanical stress can be measured magnetic field sensor. We demonstrate that reorientations are detectable in pressurized membranes despite complex distribution arising such geometries. Further, within FSMA was detected giant magnetoresistance (GMR) experimental results serve as proof concept membrane-based FSMAs.
