摘要: phenol yielded 2a in 80%. After the debenzylation of 2a, we were able to separate 3a and byproduct by chromatographic purification. Therefore, desired zero-generation ester was not isolated. Compounds 4a 5a synthesized repeating this esterification debenzylation, respectively, but yield first-generation 91%. The esteri- fication 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoyl chloride with pyrocatechol, resorcinol, 3,4,5- trihydroxybenzoyl hydroquinone 2b (95%), 2c (96%), 2d (91%), respectively. zero-gene- ration esters 3b, 3c, 3d 5b, 5c, 5d as described above. yields polyphenol dendrimers decreased increasing dendrimer
