摘要: In defect engineering, both cation doping and oxygen vacancies play key roles in deciding the properties of oxide, utilization their cooperation has attracted much interest recent years. Here, we report an emergent magnetic phase transition near 18 K Fe-doped SrTiO3−δ by utilizing interactions between doped Fe cations vacancies. The effects dopants on structural were characterized a high-resolution X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, superconducting quantum interference device. particular, as temperature rises across transition, coercivity Fe-SrTiO3−δ decreases from ∼7700 Oe at 2 to ∼104 19 K. Our results creating phases with coeffects could pave way inducing novel states epitaxial films single crystal substrates proximity effect.
