摘要: The magnetic characteristics of dilute Fe-doped SrTiO3 ceramics are studied. room-temperature ferromagnetism (with transition temperature around 650 K) is successfully realized in Sr0.98Ti0.9Fe0.1O3−δ and Sr0.98Ti0.92Fe0.1O3−δ ceramics. It found that a fine-tuning the components could alter substitution sites Fe ions in-turn modulates magnetism material. A systematic analysis reveals co-substitution at nonequivalent B ABO3 type perovskites favor ferromagnetism, which be attributed to mixed-valence-states variation exchange interactions. This work provides an innovation for induction control materials.
