摘要: Perovskites of the system SrFeO/sub 3/--SrTiO/sub 3/ were prepared, and measurements made their magnetic electrical behavior. Chemical analysis showed that percentage Fe/sup 4+/ varied from 72.5% for 2.86/ to about zero Sr(Fe/sub 0.1/Ti/sub 0.9/)O/sub 2.95/; remainder iron was in 3+/ state balance achieved by oxygen loss. 1-x/ Ti/sub x/)O/sub antiferromagnetic between x = 0 =0.9, with a Neel temperature below 60 l K. A parasitic ferromagnetic component developed when compounds cooled field, magnitude being dependent on cooling field. The conductivity perovskites ranged 10/sup -8/ ohm/sup -1/ cm/sup x= 1.0 -2/ 0.0 marked change at 0.8. break corresponded slope lattice parameter disappearance 4+/. content depended heat treatment atmosphere during formation.
