Highly sensitive trivalent copper chelate-luminol chemiluminescence system for capillary electrophoresis chiral separation and determination of ofloxacin enantiomers in urine samples.

摘要: Abstract A simple, fast and sensitive capillary electrophoresis (CE) strategy combined with chemiluminescence (CL) detection for analysis of ofloxacin (OF) enantiomers was established in the present work. Sulfonated β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) used as chiral additive being added into running buffer luminol–diperiodatocuprate (III) (K 5 [Cu(HIO 6 ) 2 ], DPC) system. Under optimum conditions, proposed method successfully applied to separation OF limits ( S / N =3) 8.0 nM 7.0 nM levofloxacin dextrofloxacin, respectively. The linear ranges were both 0.010–100 μM. utilized analyzing urine; results obtained satisfactory recoveries 89.5–110.8%, which demonstrated reliability this method. This approach can also be further extended analyze different commercial medicines.
