摘要: In the present study, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and an ionic liquid (1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium-l-lactate) were used as additives in capillary electrophoresis for enantioseparation of 10 analytes, including ofloxacin, propranolol hydrochloride, dioxopromethazine isoprenaline chlorpheniramine maleate, liarozole, tropicamide, amlodipine benzenesulfonate, brompheniramine homatropine methylbromide. The effects concentrations, salt effect, cations, anions liquids on investigated results proved that there was a synergistic effect between liquid, cationic part played important role increased resolution. With developed dual system, all enantiomers analytes well separated resolutions 5.35, 1.76, 1.85, 2.48, 2.88, 1.43, 5.45, 4.35, 2.76, 2.98, respectively. addition, proposed method applied to determination enantiomeric purity S-ofloxacin after validation terms selectivity, repeatability, linearity range, accuracy, precision, limit detection (LOD), quality (LOQ).
