摘要: A CE method employing a dual system of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) and ionic liquids (ILs) has been developed for the simultaneous enantioseparation four azole antifungals first time. In this study, three different types ILs were employed as modifiers among them dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was found to be most effective. The effects concentration, cations, anions on investigated. With system, all enantiomers well separated in resolutions 3.8, 3.5, 2.8, 2.5 miconazole, econazole, ketoconazole, itraconazole, respectively. interactions between HP-β-CD also studied using neutral polyacrylamide coated capillary (1) H NMR spectroscopy further explore synergistic effect involved. It that improved not only by changing EOF, but with could change its ability forming inclusion complex enantiomers.
