摘要: Abstract A condensed presentation of the decarburization problem encountered in chemical vapour deposition titanium carbide on steel substrates and solutions proposed up to now remedy such an effect is given. On basis thermodynamic calculations, a new approach which allows most appropriate conditions be chosen. Special care exercised study role partial molar fraction tetrachloride. The solution then checked by additional experiments.
