摘要: We introduce a new approach for the separation of electrostatic and magnetic components electron wave phase shift, based on transport-of-intensity equation (TIE) formalism. derive two separate TIE-like equations, one each shift components. use experimental results FeCoB Permalloy patterned islands to illustrate how longitudinal derivatives can be computed. The main advantage this is fact that differences in power spectra (electrostatic shifts often have significant higher frequencies) accommodated by selection different Tikhonov regularization parameters reconstructions. extra computational demands method are more than compensated improved reconstruction results.
