摘要: The structural and magnetic properties evolution of Cr-doped Bi2Sr2CaCu2−xCrxOy ceramics (x = 0.0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.25) have been investigated using XRD, SEM, DC resistivity M–H measurements. X-ray diffraction studies shown that all samples are mainly composed Bi-2212 phase, indicating Cr can be incorporated in its crystal structure. microstructure the highly showed some impurity phases appear, decreasing conductivity between grains. T c (onset) (offset) improved for x 0.05 doping, while 0.25 doped not superconducting. This behavior associated to changes hole concentration and/or nature Cr. indicate low Cr-doping enhances loop widths. Additionally, critical current densities, J , calculated by Bean’s state model. It has found there important improvements values 0.2 0.9 applied fields samples.
